I can’t seem to quit. I down at least a six pack every night. I can’t seem to control it and I desperately want to stop! Any suggestions are welcome!
Volume of alcohol consumed is always relative. The important thing is you’ve decided to stop. Google search for intergroup in either your state or metro area. There will be a list of online meetings. You are not alone.
