Hi Cole! If you do one thing today, everything else will work out, just don’t use. You can do this! Life is hard, but it’s harder when you’re using.

Sometimes when we have just totally fu©ked everyone around us over with our nonsense it's hard for them to take us seriously, and because of that it takes time to build that trust back. I don't know your situation, I'm just going on my own experience. Not saying she's being helpful or supportive, but it's just how people respond to our bullshlt sometimes.
