I can't stay off the meth
That shyt is horrible trust me I have done it get in a program
James is right try to get in a program to give your brain and body a chance to stop spinning and stabilize
Been there girl. It is a struggle but if you can hook into the program and hit as many meetings as possible and get a sponsor you'll be on the right track I promise you
I hope you get into a program meth only leads to one of two places a straight jacket or a grave
Yes you can. You're just weak minded. You can do it only if you really want to.
I haven’t read all the replies, but I think your best bet would be to try and get into treatment and then go from there. Sometimes you just need to want to be sober just a tiny bit more than you wanna get high my love and prayers are with you.
Quit hanging out with those sorry losers. They don't want to see you well. They want you to suffer with them. Stay strong! I'd hit a psych ward for a couple of weeks if I were you. They can help you get into treatment from there if you decide to.
I too was addicted to meth. I did it daily for two years. I’ve been clean and sober now for 4 months. Get into a program if you can. It will help. If I can do it you can do it!
Do you have support around you right now? A counselor, sponsor, anyone you trust? If not, start here. Add some friends in the app, check out BetterHelp in the resources, and keep posting. You came here and posted for support, that was the first huge step. Do you go to meetings? In person or online?
276 days clean from fentanyl. 18 days clean from meth. I understand exactly how you feel but let me tell ya, once you get a few days behind you, you start looking forward to the next one that you can claim! You CAN do it, but don’t expect it to come easy. Personally I wouldn’t be able to do it if it weren’t for hobbies and the resources I gained from my extremely short stay in rehab (insurance issues). Find something you truly LOVE to do. Every time you think about using do that instead. I personally either take my dog for a walk, tend to my houseplants, garden outside, or ride my horse. I’m not sure how long you used (10+years for me) but it don’t take long before you will absolutely love the person that you truly are once you break thru your addiction. Keep your head up, forgive yourself, and keep striving. Best of luck to you. Feel free to reach out.
Just try for a day and be excited you made it, then try for another day until you feel proud of the days you accomplish. Then keep going to you don't want to lose those days your proud of making it.
