I dated this man for 9 months. We adopted a kitten together and she died and im heartbroken. We had a fight and he bought a new kitten he came to my house univited and wouldn't stop ringing the bell even when i asked him too. He got inside the building and came to my apartment door and started ringing the bell. He scared me so i told him if he didn't leave i was calling the cops. Now hes texting me that hes still in love with me and asking if i want him to drop off the kitten tomorrow and let him pick her up later and sent me pics of the kitten. Do you think hes being manipulative? Do you think i should give him another chance. I feel so confused right now.

That is definitely manipulative behavior. It sounds like it could be meant with good intentions, but it's pretty presumptuous and forceful.

He's being too pushy. He'll get you in a corner in a few years. Stand up for your right to choose your own kitten and it wasn't fair he did that without you if it was gonna be in your house. Imo he fd up.

That does sound manipulative. He scared you.. he’s harassing you by not giving the distance you’re asking for. The fact that you’re asking this question shows that your intuition knows this isn’t right!
