I did 3 months of residential substance use treatment.. with my 1 yr. Old. Weaned off of methadone. I struggle every night to sleep though and it makes me crazy.

It takes awhile but it goes away in time. I came off 80 mg a day and once I was passed it I never looked back. You will feel like you can do anything once you get over the bad days. Keep your head up. People are rooting for you.

I was on methadone for five years was on 145 mg and came off of it cold turkey was the worst experience in my life told my stuff I would never do it again but four years later so I had to go back but told myself I would do the program the right way and I now have myself down to 38 mg but in that process I’ve gotten things done with my life that I would not have been able to do on my own just keep your head up, that will pass😊
