I highly recommend the zoom aa meetings. I am currently doing two a day when possible.
I completely understand the “small town” thing. I too have that issue. Am available to chat anytime. Hmu if and when you feel like it
Smart Recovery and Life Ring both have online zoom meetings. They have been an enormous help to me as NA/AA didn't connect with me. I'm a mother as well as have been dealing with the shame/guilt of situations I put my little love in. Now I use those situations as my biggest motivation to stay clean

AA is an awesome thing.. you will laugh, cry, talk when you want but understand you are simply not alone.. it is ok.
