It’s comforting to look at. After everything I’ve messed up and all the denial and excuses, ruined relationships and lost friends, I finally just went to a meeting and participated. I know a month isn’t much but it’s amazing to me. I haven’t been sober for a month since I started drinking

A month is a huge accomplishment, believe me, it took many tries for me to accomplish just that. I applaud 
you and encourage you to stay connected to meetings and take it a day at a time. Congratulations on that month, you should be proud of yourself! Before you know it, you will have two

A month is effing amazing. That is a monumental step.
Please keep going to meetings. Someday your days will add up bigger than you can believe. Eventually you'll be sharing your sobriety with other people. It really does get Better
