I've been sober for 3 months now. In my struggles with alcohol I've been sober for 3 months more or less. I have found that when I count days, it's a huge trigger for me personally. Is there anyone else?

Whatever works for you is best! Some people track and some don’t. I found the last time I relapsed I just removed my tracker from my profile and left it at that. It wasn’t a trigger, but it was just more of a disappointment having to reset it.
I’m also a non day counter. Each morning I make the choice to be sober that day. Like Mandy said, whatever works for you. Sobriety, and the path to it, may look different for each person but we all have the same goal. Best of luck!
