Just remember in these earliest stages you can take it one hour at a time if that makes it easy. Just don’t drink for this hour and keep it up.

I recommend the suggestions. Go to meetings, get a sponsor, work the steps. Another thing that has been helping me is learning the why behind drinking. CBT is the why and the 12 steps is the how.
