I drank. I fell down and hit my head. I am ok. Just pissed off at myself.

Good morning, Hilary unfortunately some of us fall. it is part of it, but please don’t beat yourself up. Just remember today is all any of us really have just don’t drink or drug today. And then tomorrow work on doing it again we are here for you. You are not alone
