I feel great about having a sober 4th of July! I feel like my struggle is a bit lonely even when around others? What’s the answer?
There is no magic spell. I wish there was. For me it was realizing I was allowed to have fun sober. I didn’t have to justify my sobriety and finding a group that was supportive.
