I am sorry for your loss Denise. It’s been a year to the day my wife died suddenly unexpectedly and I know the kind of emotional upheaval that can be caused by that type of loss. I was living in Jacksonville when my Dad passed away and your post just hit me with the similarities of our current situations.

I lost my husband a year and a half ago. I was able to stay sober because a drink wouldn’t bring him back.

I’m a widow too. It’s been a year and a half. I’m sorry for your loss.

Sandy I am sorry for you loss. My wife and I had 3 years in the program when she suddenly died about a year ago and grieving is healing but with that wa process too; time takes time. May God bless your heart in a new way today and as you keep moving forward dear.
