I finally called in to my health plans addiction support

I finally called in to my health plans addiction support center (I waited on hold for nearly 2 hours). They pretty much told me what I already know. I should go to the ER for detox & trying to wean myself off alcohol at my intake level is a dangerous game. I don't know. The fact that I very nearly weaned myself down to very little alcohol in January makes me feel like I can handle it. I have to think on it

We each know our own body but don’t let the alcohol fool you. The hospital was the best for me. I couldn’t have done it with the care

Thank you. I came so close to detoxifying on my own that I know I can do it. But it won't be fun
