I finally graduated from rehab and was also my birthday yesterday

Happy birthday!! In my experience, it was dangerous for me to "graduate" anything. No human power could have relieved my disease, but God could and would if He were sought. I would highly recommend going to meetings every day, even if they are only on Zoom. I had to address my mental obsession, and work all 12 steps to the best of my ability in order to recover from this thing. I now in turn try to help others, because I believed them when they told me that I've gotta give it away in order to keep it. I can't sit back and think that I've got this disease beaten. Good luck to you, I'll be praying for you!
