I finally stopped making excuses, got myself into the program, and am now working with a sponsor.
The last go around I showed up to the rooms (here and there). But, I never showed up to the program. It’s the equivalent of going to practice every day, but sitting in the bleachers instead of rolling around on the mat.
Here’s to better days ahead.
