Well i made it 30 days without drinking and man has it been a roller coaster, BUT i am staying in the fight! I couldn’t tell you how many times i have told myself in the past that “ I don’t think i could ever be sober again “ or “ This is impossible “ or “ This is never going to happen “ or “ I CANT DO THIS “. Well today i did. And tomorrow i will again, and again. One moment at a time and day by day, but I CAN DO THIS!

Sober is 1 day at a time for me. Because days turn into weeks and weeks into months. You get the idea. 1 day at a time is all u need to do. So keep it up. You got this! Trust me I have 4 years plus. It gets to the point of it not being your purpose in life anymore. Keep the faith
