Don’t beat yourself up! Use the pain you feel now as motivation! Get to a meeting. Be honest. And keep it going 1 day at a time. You’ll get those days back and more!
Sorry for your loss, Jo!
I'm sorry that you experienced this but let it be a reminder the next time you want to drink. So why did you drink anyway?
You drank because you believed the lie; that this time, everything will be okay. But it wasn't, was it? We have to learn to play the scene all the way forward Jo.
When you drank those shots, you started to experience the feelings that we get when we drink alcohol. The feeling that you felt was very short-lived and when it was all over with, all you had left was shame.
Alcohol is cunning, baffling and powerful!
Aww Jo I’m sorry for your loss. Don’t beat yourself up tho. It was a mistake and the way you bounce back from it, is what’s important. Starting over isn’t the end of the world. Now you have a new sobriety date and do your best to protect it. Keep your head up!
You were loved back jo not judged back sorry for your lost k take care till you let me and boy do I know I got a job on my hands '
But you stoped, and you could be on a binge right now! Instead your head. Grief is hard but we don’t have to drink over it. Those 76 days is what allowed you to bring yourself back! My prayers and condolences!
