You are enough, despite this disease. Our “slips” give us insight into our patterns. If you use this as a learning experience, it will be worth something and you can put the bat you’re beating yourself with down.

I am 10 days sober. Had to not only give up the drink, but everyone around me, because they all drink.
Found occupying myself helps. Done a lot of deep cleaning and crafts.
