I’m right there with you at the moment. I’m doing everything I can to wait the night out and see if I still feel this way in the morning

When it gets to that point, it usually means you’re exhausted, but not done.
Pause for a second, breathe, and stay right in the moment. Think of 3 things you're grateful for. Post again, message someone, don’t make any decisions tonight. Tomorrow is a new day . Don't give up.
