Hang in there man. Take a run sweat it out- get back on your feet- pray to god he listens to all who reach out no matter how much w f up- he’s there

I have learned the hard way that I can never have 1. Of anything really. If it feels good I want more. I’m grateful for this awareness because it helps me realize when I’m getting off center in my recovery.
