I’m making more mindful choices when it comes to my health now too. Any tips?

Hi, I eat only 150 carbs and watch my calories now, as we as walk for 20 minutes 2x a day. I’ve also been drinking a lot of water and sugar free Gatorade. The exercise really helps my anxiety levels.
