I got really messed up last night and i feel terrible, going to try again, my anxiety is so bad so any anxiety/hangover relief suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Try again. The fact you’re ready to try again says a lot,
Anxiety is there something you can fix or something that is out of your control. Most of the time we think about doing something when it would take us less time to do it.
Try to take some deep breaths and try not to beat yourself up.
