I got sober in 94 I've been on ritalin most my life I'm having a hard time focusing on sobriety and thinking strait since I've been taken off of f it it's like my whole attitude git shitty about sobriety

Well, have you tried talking about it in meetings? Get plugged in to a program. Fellowshipping with others who have gone through same thing will help. Hope you get your bearings. Hang in there.
Why were you taken off it
Somebody who thought they loved me called in my Dr and said I wasn't making good choices on it my help and had just died I was in a big depression I just am hoping I can make the choices like I did on it I don't want to drink again ever thats a drug they brings me down so fast I have talked in meetings acceptance us what they told me practice nothing happens in gods world by mistake
