I got through today, 6 months sober. It’s been very very very difficult for the past week. I am having intense urges to use, please keep my in your prayers. I welcome any and all advice

6 months! That is a milestone! Keep reminding yourself that you’re free from the clutches of addiction. That if you pick up you are back in the pit - that you spent 6 hard-won months to escape. You don’t want to start over again. You can do it!!

Now that's something to be proud of. I am coming up on mine soon and looking forward to it. Going to bed sober is probably the best part of my day.

Urges always fade if you stay strong. Keep in mind the urges are temporary and remind your self of the good things sobriety brings. Sometimes I hope on loosid when I'm having an urge and chat. That helps.
