I went through an IOP program twice! Haha then they had me do a commercial for their hospital. They really couldn’t get rid of me it was so amazing.
I dealt with things I never thought I could.
I took the tools they gave me into the world and my life changed.
Now I did NA after I finished IOP to “maintain” my sobriety. Plus don’t forget a lot of IOP programs let you go free for a year so I would drop in if I needed a “tune up”.
