I had 3 years of sobriety On June 30th. I threw it all away yesterday! I need to get it together but I just can’t seem to find the strength? I don’t know if I have another sobriety left in me?

Three years!!! You give me hope! All I can ever do is stay sober a couple days at a time. If you can do 3 years then you can get back on the wagon!

Been there but I only lasted a year or so. You can do it.
My "slip" lasted five years and cost me everything and almost my life. Get back to meetings and stay until you feel the magic again. It gets out of control quick man, good luck.

You didn’t throw it away. You had a glitch in your journey. I wrote about this in my book, I’m Sober… So Now What? An entire chapter dedicated to relapse and relapse prevention. Fall Seven Times, Get Up Eight. I’m proud of you for your 3 years, that is a lot of experience that can go into your next leg of your sober journey, including the experience you are gaining from this temporary set back. I believe in you, we do recover🦋

Hey, nothing’s “thrown away”, just a bump on the road. You aren’t starting from zero, you’ve got a lot of positive experience to rely on.
