I had a great day in Rehabilitation. Got to cry a little and let some feelings out. 45 days clean and I’m barely expressing how I feel.

That’s awesome Manny, it feels good, but is sometimes hard, to get in touch with our emotions. Keep up the good work!

I wish I would have cried there. I left early and cried at home. Then I relapsed. Cry as much as you need to. That’s what they get paid for.

Yea same here I left the 1st time. This is my 2nd time I’m soaking it all in.
