I had a long video chat with both my adult daughters (33,36) and next VC I see my grandkids. They laughed I was chubby and my eyes sparkled. They googled my name in my city I live in and my booking pictures came up. They are slowly starting to trust me

That is good. Often the bridges we burned are rebuild one painful brick after the other. It takes time. Keep building
