Thanks, true that some people don’t make it back, just grateful for this learning experience

I had a relapse 7 yrs ago and I’m just now getting sober again. I felt I let everyone down and it was hard to go back. Now that I’m feeling powerless over my addiction again I’m starting back. I remember how good it felt and all the good things that came from it. Just wish I didn’t wait this long.

Don’t be too hard on yourself. Stop beating yourself up. Keep coming back!

That’s such a hard concept for me, it’s like I am am relearning a whole new mindset 😵‍💫

We are good. Atleast we recognize our relapse.

We want bv to nb improve and help each other.

Just get back on the horse and press forward. Ignore the rear view mirror for now, just look forward through the windshield. :v::heart::call_me_hand:

Relapse doesn’t mean. Failure. It’s an opportunity to prioritize or upgrade one’s recovery system.

How are you doing? Have fantastic 24! One Day At A Time!

We all are! I have been going to aa for 15 years! For 2019-20 I was a constant newcomer til I hit my bottom 10 months ago

Thnx Maggie, you as well and congratulations on day 19!

The relapse is not important. What are you do after is what’s important
