I had a relapse 2 days ago, feel discouraged.
I was there so many times!! Stick around! You won't regret it!! You can do this!!!
Welp, pick yourself up and keep trying. You’re doing the right thing talking about it. If you need any zoom meetings ask. Lots of help here for you.
Really good support in this community! Try to lean in as much as you can
But think about how good you will feel tomorrow when you wake up sober!
Just keep getting back up
Thanks everyone I appreciate your support
Best of luck on your journey
Get back up and dust yourself off. It was just a learning experience.
Never fell discouraged, guilty, shameful or angry. The important thing is you made it back to the rooms. Hopefully you are going to meetings and have a sponsor. That is one thing about AA we do not judge. We are all here to help one another!!! Stay Strong and stay positive and reach out when you need help. I am always available to help anyome
That was 2 days ago. Today's a new day, a gift. This gift allows you to be sober again.
Ya for sure, everything is a learning experience, been attending more so zoom meetings than in person, I have a sponsor and let her know about my relapse
Be hopeful and optimistic.
Drinking buddies are not real friends.
I hope you are feeling more confident and strong on your path.
I just came off a four month relapse two days ago so I most definitely feel your pain I’m also extremely discouraged and depressed as I can beI feel very miserable
Learning to take it one day at a time and acceptance life on life’s terms
I’m here if you need to talk!
I did 5 days ago and I was discouraged at first but now I feel amazing. That fleeting discouragement passes my friend. In a few days you’ll feel great. Just keep pushing forward and always learning.
There is no doubt about it. We have all been there, it is nothing surprising about it. But the good thing is you are still here to work the system like the rest of us. Know that you aren’t alone in this battle and you are not loosing, you are on the winning path. There are always the battle but winning the war is the key.
