It sounds to me like you’ve been working very hard at getting your life back. Courts suck. I really hope you’re able to keep staying the course and that you eventually get your kids back!
I feel your pain. I went through a divorce recently and have to use a Soberlink device when I’m with my kids. What matters most is that you know you’re doing the hard work. Your kids will respect you for making the changes and getting your life together. Stay strong, stay focused and remember that the future can only be better than the past!
Coming from the child perspective…………. I felt the same way towards my father.
Children remember the bad times way more than the good.
Keep doing what you’re doing. Keep showing up and being present. It will pay off. Eventually your kids will see that you’ve truly changed. But it has to be in their time! Done give up! You got this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They will respect you for it all!
