Not giving you medical advice, but when I needed to detox. I drank a ton of chamomile tea, many hot baths & showers, ate lots of fruit, electrolyte packets in spring water, long walks, meditation music and prayer.
The best cure for a hangover is not to drink in the first place. I’d consider going to AA meetings every day, getting a sponsor and doing the 12 steps. It really works if you work it.
Good luck :+1:

I'm glad you're back. Unfortunately we just cannot give you any type of medical advice. Having withdrawals from alcohol is very very serious. How are you feeling today? Did you end up going to the ER?

But what if some of us don't have an issue drinking, but experience those same type of withdrawals? I've been told going to the hospital is the best thing if no one is around to look after you. Especially if some of those things cause seizures you're not epileptic. That's what scares me. Going into a seizure and no one to help me.

That's what I would like to know. Is if he went to the hospital.

Honestly I would go to the hospital or contact my doctor and tell them that, they will help you

No medical advice, ginger chew work for nausea, L theanine and Ashwaghanda help with sleep and anxiety, magnesium also for sleep. I find candy helps in small amounts. If any history of withdrawal seizures be careful, detoxing can be life threatening and seek help. Stay strong :muscle::pray:

Hi guys. Just an update. Yes I did go to the ER. It’s weird, I know but the clinic provided Valium for the shakes and Naltrexone. I start my detox this am with meds and an IV. WISH ME LUCK!
