I had a week under my belt, then I slipped and relapsed. Saying that word still sounds so strange to me. But as I relapsed I wasn’t even happy with my choice, I was actually mad at myself for having to start over. I’m hoping this is a sign the temptations won’t be as bad and I’m truly ready to change.

Don't beat urself up relapse for me was a common thing for a long time, it's not easy it takes a LOT of work, Im pulling for ya!!!
