I had almost 8 years sober and decided to drink again. It’s been a few years now and I am over it. I need to quit and I keep trying to but I always end up in the same spot. I’ve been missing a lot of work because of it. I’m worried about my health spiritual, physical and mental. Today is day 1 for me and here I am again missing work at home tired in bed all day.
