I had an appointment with a new psychiatrist today. My last one wasn’t really listening to me. I’m so proud of myself for making this move. He seems to really want to help me. I’m excited to get help.

That is horrible advice. Would you only use a doctor to cure cancer if they had it? Good on ya Jen.
