Congratulations on your 20 days some people don’t think that’s a big accomplishment but I promise you it is especially coming from the lifestyle that we were living it’s OK to be proud of 20 days

Sooner or later you're going to get cravings that are going to be hard to resist. When that time comes I want you to play the scene forward. Think about what will happen if you pick up a drink.
The relief you feel will be very short-lived and when you wake up you will have to carry around more guilt because you will realize that you relapsed and that you accomplished absolutely nothing.
It's called believing the LIE; that this time, everything will be okay. But it never is, is it?
Are you going to any AA meetings?
