I have 22 days today, 27 last time. I gotta get to 30. I’m so frustrated today. I’m just tense, pissed and and frustrated.

Just don’t give up..I struggled to get 2.5 months after a 9 month binge. I don’t feel so guilty or ashamed. It’s a weird illness. Not drinking is better..alcohol didn’t do a single thing for me. My 3 siblings died from alcoholism. I want to be around awhile.

Go for a walk in the woods. If you focus on nature, birds, trees, plants, etc…, all of your troubles will go away. This is documented by research.
