I have 3 months/25 days sober. I have such a sweet tooth now which I never had before. I love sweet fruits but that doesn’t seem to be cutting it for me. I thought once I quit alcohol I would lose weight but I’m actually gaining weight. I feel totally great from not drinking alcohol but not happy with the junk food I now crave. I’ve heard it’s normal but how long is this going to last. :woman_facepalming:t2: Anyone have any advice/suggestions?

Sugar free hard candy or lollipops worked for me. Also I craved cottage cheese with blackberries or blueberries and hot honey on top.. I know sounds weird but trust me it’s so good and it always satisfied a sweet craving while being healthy.

I am going through the same thing, I'm going to try warm milk with mint leaves someone said it reduces sugar cravings. I have to do something I'm really close to being diabetic and that scares me

The sugar cravings might come and go for I think roughly 3-6 months.. keep going
