I have 7 months sobriety after going to treatment and living in sober living. I’m leaving at the end of the month and I just want to stay on the right path as I adjust back to normal life. I can’t help but think what if I start back to my old ways, once I move from Austin back to Dallas.

IOP (intensive outpatient) w/ meetings helps with transition. IOP will keep you accountable while providing a good outlet to vent with a familiar group.
