I have a car, driver’s license, money, clothes, makeup,

and all the other stuff I need to go out on a Saturday night but I don’t want to do a damn thing. I’m home alone, the weather is nice, and I’m sitting home staring at my phone while typing this post. Am I depressed or is this a good
sign? I’m feeling like a wackjob.

A night in is not a bad thing. Relax! Watch a movie. A scary one! It's that time of year.

So true

Hey Wedad, I'm at a lose for how to put it in words. I think you're in a good place. You don't sound depressed or have an urge for anything. I think you found you don't need or want anything to sit comfortably home. It's new not scary leave that for the movie. You got this kiddo, enjoy it.

Hey Charlie. I get what you mean. I’m not used to it but I’m digging it

Eventually i think you will enjoy the serenity of being home and not going out every Saturday night. But i understand what you are saying I have felt like that in the past. I'm finally to a point in sobriety that i like quiet Saturday nights at home.

I had a nice time :+1:t2:

I stayed home.

Toss the makeup, get a fishing pole and some bait. Now ya got a good Saturday night.

I hear that fishing is very therapeutic.

It will also put food on the table. Give a man a fish and feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and you'll never see him on weekends again...wait...is that how that goes?
