I have a lot on my plate I take care of my 69yr old father with stage 4 lung cancer and my 32yr old daughter who has mental problems plus she has seizures all the time n I play referee between the 2 we all live n the same home and imma be kind of selfish here but I have to pat myself on the back for staying sober thro all this. I just thank God for letting me wake up everyday

Yes, Michelle, I agree--you should be proud of yourself for staying sober and doing all that you do daily. That's a whole lot to manage. I'm extremely proud of you for taking care of your family. But please don't forget yourself. Make sure you're prioritizing your health.
