I have a question and this it will be for the female gender did being on drugs mess up your menstrual cycle?

Yes! Sometimes I would have a regular cycle for 2-3 months and then I wouldn’t have one for 2-3 months and then it got to the point to where I never knew if I was going to have one or not. Drugs also really mess with fertility. Best to see your gyno and be straight forward.

I didn't have a cycle before getting sober. It's now very regular. Nutrition and taking a daily vitamin were probably a factor in getting it back. Use a tracking app like Clue if it helps

Absolutely yes. I started becoming regular a few years after drinking, but I quit drugs YEARS prior to drinking. I’m sure they both contributed to that.

Absolutely yes I started becoming regular maybe two years after the fact and majority that time I was in jail, so I was not actually using at all
