I have almost 4 years, but over the last year or so I have really fallen out with my AA groups and been isolating pretty hard. Could really use some help with trying to get reconnected.

I tend to isolate as well...Grab a new sponsor and work them again! I had to do that a few times but it kept me in it! Whatever you do, don't white knuckle...that gets miserable!
How did you fall out with them? Like were you a D to them?
If not, just go back. Start going back a lot. No one will care that you were gone and forget that you were. Just go back.
Now if you were flipping tables at your last meeting, you may want to try a different group or make some serious amends. We tend to know in our gut if we were wrong or not. The nice thing is in the program everyone knows about redemption and forgiveness. It’s pretty easy to catch a break in AA.
