Have you talked to your sponsor? Have you talked to a person in recovery that you trust? Have you gone to a meeting? Why you still sitting there? Get up and do some action.

Martina, relapse is not fun, believe me I know! I relapsed too many times to even count. I learned from my relapses. Now 17 years sober. You don’t have to do this alone.
I’m here if you really want to talk or have any questions.

Martina, I have no idea how long you've been drinking since you relapsed...but, asking for some help here is a really good start to a new recovery!!!
I go to Zoom meetings every day, some days I go to multiple meetings...after 25 years not drinking and working an AA program...if you need help re-starting, I am RIGHT here!!!

I’m praying for you :pray:.
I know it’s hard, I was there an still have very hard days but with the comfort of family/ friends, Us and the Lord, you’ll get thru it friend. 1 minute hour at a time.
