I felt that way until I put in the work in Counseling. It’s so worth it. I’m worth it and so are you. Hugs

I know a lot of people that did that both in and out of addiction, but just remember, your body is a temple, which is not easy to remember when we're using, but more important than ever once we get clean. But regardless, staying sober is the first step, so as long as you got that part down, I wouldn't worry to much about the other stuff, only advise I can give is stay away from others hoing around
