My therapist did not recommend for me to quit smoking while being fresh into my sobriety. In my option, on you know if you can handle it. I'm a current smoker and would like to quit eventually. I hope you do find a way successful way to quit. Congratulations on your sobriety. (:

I still smoke, but would like to quit again as well.
I found changing cigarette brands helped. I smoke menthols, and switching to non menthols really reduced my cigarette smoking.
Look at how much you spend on cigarettes. It’s shocking.
I never smoke in the house or car.
Weather… rain, cold, heat… all can stop you from smoking.
I never found nicotine gum to help.
It’s the entire process of smoking that we enjoy.
I found doing crafts, calling an ex smoker, eating peanuts helped.

Quit things in the order they kill you.
I didn’t quit until I had a few years. There is no rush. When you are ready though you will know
I quit smoking cigarettes and picked up vaping. I have been successful in quitting everything but this. Such an awful expensive habit. I’ve heard Chantax is helpful
