I have had a few comments about my profile picture… being deceiving. just want to let everyone know that this was a Halloween costume, I was the great Kenny Powers one year and it’s been my favorite picture since. That’s why I put it up here. Having said that. I’m as real as can be, brutally honest, and accountable. I don’t beat around the bush. Sometimes “most” of the time laughter is an easement of recovery. Putting a smile on yours or someone’s face can truly help in the time of struggle. Pray on every thing, and your heart will be filled and held by your higher power.
I really don’t understand that seeing that there are so many people without pictures. Of course it does not matter if you have a picture or not, however to comment something like that on somebody who does no matter the type of picture just seems ridiculous.
I agree, but thought clarifying it would help.
I understand why you would want to clarify but the fact that you even needed to?
You never know why, but hope it stops the messages. Just trying to be positive here and share some tools that I have learned from life and recovery. I try to be kind and honest. Who knows, might be the only bible someone ever heard
KP! Love that show.
I think it's cool
Thank you for sharing Ben. It sounds like you had an amazing night that night.
I honestly don’t remember it lol. It was pre sobriety days!!! BC as they say (before children)
I always thought BC meant Before Christ.
Yes it does mean before Christ. That’s just my humor. I was kind of a wild child before children. So I use that as a reference for a laugh sometimes
Oh ok LOL:stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:Happy 4th Ben:us:

I use laughter as a tool in helping with recovery. I have found it helps take the mind off the mind. Helps stop cravings, anxiety and stress. Not only has it worked for me but I have seen it work for others.
