I have messed up and relapsed yesterday with meth. I feel horrible about it and I'm worried about a drug test Thursday evening. Does anyone know if it will be out of urine by then or not? I sure hope and plan not to do this again!
When you're on a road trip, you don't turn around and go home, you change the tire and go on. Don't let this set you back on all the other hard work you've done!

You're not going to be sober for the rest of your life in one day. Just relax. Stay sober just for today. Then just keep doing that everyday. You got this. WE believe in you.
