I have no regrets in my life. I think that everything happens to you for a reason. The hard times that you go through build character, making you a much stronger person.

Stefan, I agree with you
! The problem is sometimes we don’t have the tools, at that time, to cope with those life changing events. This is when most of us turn to drugs, Alcohol or something that takes away or dumbs the feelings we don’t like to sit in…
For me, it’s having Faith that everything will work out. Using breathing techniques to overcome anxiety and depression. Reaching out to my support group when I’m not feeling right. Reading posts, books or articles on recovery and Or spirituality. Helping another Alcoholic who wants to get sober. It’s these tools I’ve incorporated into my new life that has helped keep me sober with a purpose.
Sounds like you’ve got a purpose. Most good hearted folks like you do stay longer on earth. I really like your resolve tho, Faith is the best antidote to kill anxiety. Faith us the only thing literally keeping me ahead til now, I believe in a better life.
Thank you for the kind words.
Sounds like you have found your faith. And with that you will continue to have a better life.
Thank you, you’re a good man. And I wish you the very best in life. What you wish for you shall be to you as well.
Welcome my friend! I wish you well as well! Stay strong.
