I have spent this morning reaching out to thank people who have helped me in my recovery for the last year, even if I don’t know them personally. There are some on this app that I can’t send messages to for some reason? Maybe there’s a glitch. Doesn’t matter. The inspirational posts of the daily trials and tribulations of what it takes to understand and overcome is what I need to hear. Thank you all for being there - no matter what rung on the recovery ladder you are on. Happy new year to you all.
